Oh yeah! You may have noticed that Rotel tomatoes get used alot in the recipes posted here. That is one of the few items where I refuse to buy generic. And this dip is a perfect use for them.

Kind of a catch all. Dips, sauces, spice mixes and the like.
This one is for my beautiful daughter. It is her specialty and she makes it all the time for the family to use. We have even bought some pre-made off of the net and it didn't taste as good as hers.
My daughter, who dislikes Braunschweiger, loves to eat this dip. Her preferred method of consumption is to dip those small pretzel sticks.
Good enough for the Beaverton! It really does taste just like Buffalo Chicken Wings.
Good general all-around sauce for use on any meat.
The name says it all. Makes for great wings.
As the name says, basic. Build it up from there or use as is.
Works great as a rub on a large slab of meat before going in the smoker, or use in a shaker jar as a general use spice on the stove top or grill.
