Ingredients
- 16 ounce jar of your favorite jelly - grape is always popular
- 12 ounce jar of chili sauce - it's usually located near the ketchup and hot sauces
- 4 pounds frozen meatballs
- 1 TBSP crushed red pepper flakes - what's life without a little heat?
- French rolls - We like Milano 6" French Rolls
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a bowl or small sauce pot, mix together the jelly, chili sauce and red pepper flakes as best you can. It's okay if it's a little lumpy from the grape jelly. It'll all melt together in the slow cooker once it's warmed up.
Dump the entire bag of meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture on top.
Give it a stir until the meatballs are all coated.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Give it a stir every couple hours or so to re-coat the meatballs in the sauce.
When everything is good and hot, slap some of those bad boys on a French roll and top with the cheese.
Enjoy!!
